Jill Duggar Takes Fans Behind The Scenes On Best Day With Sons
TLC viewers watched Jill Duggar grow up on 19 Kids & Counting, and later, Counting On. As one of the Duggar kids, her life was heavily scrutinized. She stepped away from reality TV to focus on her own growing family. She married Derick Dillard in 2014. The couple has since welcomed three sons. They also weathered two heartbreaking losses. Jill Duggar Dillard suffered a miscarriage in 2021 and the stillbirth of a daughter in 2024.
August marks a sad month for them after the loss of their daughter, Isla. But Jill Duggar Dillard spent quality time with the blessings she has. She shared a behind the scenes look at what it’s like to be a boy mom of three young boys.
Jill Duggar Shares Behind The Scenes On Best Day With Sons
Raising three young boys isn’t for the weak. Jill Duggar Dillard and her husband have three sons: Israel, 10, Samuel, 8, and Frederick, 3.
Jill shared footage of a special outing with her youngest son, Frederick. The two went outside on a walk to enjoy nature. Any boy mom can guess the activities the young boy enjoyed the most. She highlighted the moments of him throwing rocks into the creek, picking up leaves, and throwing more rocks into the water.
At the end of the video, the TLC alum revealed that the bottom of the stroller was full of sticks that her son had accumulated during their walk. She wrote that they’ll use it for firewood. The Instagram reel included a selfie of Jill with her son, though his face wasn’t visible. The Dillards are among several reality stars who protect their children’s privacy by not showing their faces on social media.

“These are the best days of our lives,” Jill Duggar captioned the reel set to the Andy Griffith Theme Song. Several fans gave a shout-out of approval to her song choice for the wholesome clip.
