Counting On alum Jill Duggar has been sharing positive updates about her family. She recently took to social media to share how they’ve been enjoying the holiday season. The 32-year-old even shared that she received a Christmas package from her parents, Jim Bob and Michelle. Now, Jill is back with another interesting clip. Counting On: What Is Derick Dillard Up To Today?
Derick is presently working as an Assistant District Attorney with the State of Oklahoma, District 27. He tried to pursue a role to play Pistol Pete, his high school mascot. It was a role that his father once held. However, the Counting On alum wasn’t successful in trying to get the position. He also worked as an accountant in 2014 before getting featured in the last season of 19 Kids and Counting. It’s clear to see that Derick has a big resume. But it seems he also has some hidden talents that fans have yet to see.
Jill Shares Derick’s Hidden Talent
Jill recently took to IG Stories to share an impressive clip of her husband playing the trumpet. Derick was playing the gospel song “O Come, All Ye Faithful.” He hit the notes precisely, indicating that he’d been playing the instrument for quite some time. Jill Duggar even had an icon on the clip saying that she’s his number one fan.
It also appears that Derick Dillard is getting more used to the online world. Earlier this month, he caught the attention of many after promoting a therapy tub showing off his shirtless body. He also took to Instagram in November to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the first day he and Jill dated.
Counting On: Jill Duggar’s Love For Instrument
Aside from Derick, Jill has also shown a big interest in playing musical instruments, especially the harp. Some of her performances were even documented during the show. She also kept a harp given to her by Jim Bob. However, there are reports that she listed it for sale following their feud with her parents.
Jill Duggar has yet to share what happened to her harp. But the Counting On alum has shared clips of her showing glimpses of the instrument, hinting that she still has it. Furthermore, the fourth Duggar child has also been more vocal about her memoir, making some fans worried that she may get estranged again.
