Kody & Robyn Brown Never Wanted Sister Wives, Always Monogamous?
Were Kody and Robyn Brown always planning on being monogamous and never really wanted sister wives? That is what his former first wife, Meri Brown, is seemingly implying in the Season 21 premiere of Sister Wives. So, what else is she saying now that Kody and Robyn have quit the show? Kody Brown Favorited Robyn, Causing Drama
It was clear to Sister Wives viewers and even the Brown children that fourth wife, Robyn Brown, was the favorite. Kody Brown had three other wives, Meri, Janelle, and Christine, and over a dozen children, yet he had a special fondness for Robyn. Of course, he never admitted that he had a rare connection with Robyn and never would. However, once the pandemic hit in 2020 and Kody became even more distant from the OG3 and his children, it was blatantly obvious. Third wife Christine Brown Woolley left the plural family, as did Janelle Brown and Meri Brown.
They all noted that Robyn was the favorite, with Janelle claiming she was the “prized cow.” Finally, Kody admitted Robyn was his soulmate, and they have been living monogamously since January 2023. In a preview from the Sister Wives Season 21 premiere, Meri revealed that she is not speaking to Kody and Robyn. Moreover, she added that the moment her ex-husband met his current wife, it seemed that the other wives never mattered. Her best friend, Jenn Sullivan, started by saying this:
“I think monogamy has become their thing.”
To that, Meri Brown stated:
“I think back in 2010, monogamy became their thing!”
Essentially, Kody and Robyn Brown never really wanted sister wives, so why did they stay in the plural family? Robyn always wanted to live polygamy, so maybe she wanted sisterhood, but did not necessarily want to share her man?

Finally Called Out
Sister Wives fans love that Meri Brown has finally called Kody and Robyn Brown out. They do not care what it is for, as long as she keeps exposing them and not letting them get away with bad behavior. At the same time, some are tired of hearing about them, but they are the elephant in the room:
- Meri needs to let go, I’m starting to think she got a few loose screws. Every time she talks it’s always about Cody and Robyn
- Meri wasn’t talking to Kody and Robyn before! So NOW it’s a problem?!
