According to the Bringing Up Bates star, she has a rare skin condition where her skin feels a burning sensation whenever it makes contact with any type of liquid, which includes sweat. Due to this, she was having a hard time working out and keeping a healthy lifestyle. Lydia added that her skin condition is unpredictable, but she hasn’t been experiencing it since her last vlog about it. However, Lydia is now dealing with a new health issue, leaving many fans concerned.

According to the OP, she was dealing with Mastitis, which she also had during her pregnancy with Ryker. She began to pass out before even making it to her OB. She was later transferred to an ER, where she was given antibiotics. It also prevented her from going into sepsis. It was determined that there was a small placenta that was left in Lydia, which may have caused complications. Many fans sympathized with Lydia, while others shared their own experience of the same condition.
