Garcelle Beauvais Sets Shocking Condition For ‘RHOBH’ Return
Actress Garcelle Beauvais joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2020 for Season 10. She made a shocking departure earlier this year after five seasons. But she might not be done with the reality TV show. The former NYPD Blue star shared the shocking condition she has before she would consider returning.
Garcelle Beauvais Reveals Status With Sutton Stracke
Garcelle Beauvais chose to leave the Bravo show for several reasons, including her career. But her last season was a tense one, which definitely made the decision easier. She came under fire for alluding that the robbery of Dorit Kemsley’s home wasn’t random. Garcelle hinted that Dorit’s estranged husband may have been involved.
Things came to a head during the Season 14 reunion when no one defended Garcelle, not even Sutton Stracke. In the previous seasons, Garcelle and Sutton always had each other’s backs. They had a real friendship. Garcelle even traveled to Sutton’s hometown, Augusta, Georgia, to meet her mom.
During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Garcelle shared an update on her friendship with Sutton. After announcing she was leaving RHOBH, Garcelle unfollowed all of her former co-stars on social media.
WWHL host Andy Cohen asked Garcelle if her friendship with Sutton was over. The actress confirmed it was. “Not only she didn’t have my back, she also when she called me, never took accountability for it. And that hurt my feelings a lot,” she explained why.
Garcelle added, “We had some really good laughs. We were there for each other, mostly me for there for her. But I don’t regret it. I don’t regret it.”
She also doesn’t regret leaving RHOBH. But she would consider coming back on one condition.
She Sets Shocking Condition For RHOBH Return
The door might be closed on Garcelle and Sutton’s friendship, but Garcelle left the door open for a return to RHOBH. During an audience Q&A, one fan asked whether she would come back if a certain former co-star left, and which one? Garcelle did not hold back in her response.
“Erika,” she immediately responded. She didn’t share more than that, but viewers remember the bitter arguments between the two. In one confrontation, Garcelle Beauvais took issue with Erika Jayne swearing at her underage son.
Garcelle’s son Jax, who was 14 at the time, went to get a floral arrangement off the table near Erika at Garcelle’s birthday celebration. “Get the f–k out of here,” Erika yelled at the teen.
In another hurtful moment, Erika said that she wished Garcelle were “more interesting.” Garcelle responded, “Well, that’s a s***ty thing to say, Erika.”
The two never made amends.
RHOBH returns later this year without Garcelle Beauvais. Former Bravo star Rachel Zoe joins Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Boz Saint John, and Sutton Stracke. Season 15 premieres on Bravo on Thursday, December 4. Let us know in the comments if you want Garcelle to return
