Counting On alums John-David and Abbie Duggar caught the attention of many following their recent appearance in Joy-Anna’s recent vlog. The married couple were seen taking dance classes along with Austin and his wife. It’s no secret that dancing is forbidden in the Duggar family due to their conservative beliefs. Counting On: John-David & Abbie Duggar’s Dance Lessons
John-David and Abbie surprised their fans after taking dance classes with Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth. While Joy-Anna didn’t say much about them during her vlog, it’s clear that they’ve been stepping away from some of the Duggar family’s beliefs, just like the other married couples. The sisters-in-law can also be seen wearing pants while dancing with their husbands.
Jim Bob and Michelle have yet to share their comments about their kids and in-laws taking dance classes. It was previously revealed that the Counting On alums don’t believe in dancing as it can promote certain temptations and want to keep their lives as innocent as possible.
John-David & Abbie Rebel On Valentine’s Day
John-David and Abbie recently took to Instagram to share how they spent their Valentine’s Day. The former Counting On stars went on a romantic beach date. They didn’t share much about the other activities they did for the special day. But what’s noticeable was the 31-year-old mom’s outfit. She’s wearing black pants paired with a pink sweater. It’s known that pants have been against the Duggar family’s dress codes.
However, many have noticed that most of the married Duggars are starting to shy away from their beliefs. Aside from John-David and Abbie Duggar, Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, have also disregarded Jim Bob and Michelle’s rules. Joy-Anna revealed that she and Austin haven’t been part of the IBLP since they became a couple as well. Meanwhile, Michelle was also seen wearing pants on multiple occasions, suggesting that the dress code is no longer a big deal in the family.
Counting On: Abbie Duggar’s Recent Hustles
Abbie also made headlines after revealing that she has something big to announce to her followers. Many have speculated that she may announce a pregnancy with baby number three. But the Counting On alum surprised the fans after revealing that it was the hair product she’s been using for her curls. The mother of two has yet to share updates about her nursing career. She became a licensed practical nurse in August 2017, though she doesn’t seem to be employed in any medical facilities at this point.
