Brian Laundrie’s father, Chris, was spotted enjoying donuts from Dunkin Donuts as the manhunt for his allegedly missing son continues. For the most part, Brian Laundrie’s parents have lived a pretty shut-in life since their son went “missing.”
The rest of the internet — including Gabby Petito’s parents — insists he’s not missing, he’s hiding. Still having to live a life, Chris and Roberta Laundrie have relied largely on delivery services to get things brought directly to their front door. And, the couple reportedly had a box of donuts from Dunkin Donuts delivered to their home just yesterday.

Yesterday afternoon, a few photos were taken of Chris Laundrie stepping outside long enough to grab a box of donuts that had been delivered. According to MEAWW, flowers had also been delivered to the home the same day. Unsurprisingly, the internet had a lot of feelings about Brian Laundrie’s father enjoying a box of donuts from the comfort of his home as the manhunt for his allegedly “missing” son continues.
Most of the internet seems to agree if Brian was actually missing, his parents would be a little more upset and anxious to find him. Presently, however, they seem pretty nonchalant about his disappearance. The internet has written this behavior off as parents who clearly know where their son is and that he’s alright.
Internet reacts to casual donut dining
On Twitter, those following the manhunt had nothing kind to say about his father and mother casually dining on donuts while the rest of the world looks for their son.

Some speculated people might actually be sending these packages to Brian’s mother and father just to see them come outside. Others questioned if the packages were checked for notes from Brian Laundrie before being received by his parents.
A few pointed out the parents were awfully calm for their son to be missing as if they knew more than they were saying about what happened to their son.

Unfortunately, it has been reported that all flowers being delivered to the Laundrie house are being tossed in the trash. Authorities have encouraged those wishing to send flowers to a Gabby Petito memorial to send them to City Hall instead.
