If Facebook just logged you out and you can’t get back in, then you aren’t alone. It is doing this to everyone. So is Facebook down? Yes, it is and so is Instagram. If you are having issues logging in, then it isn’t just you.
Twitter Goes Crazy
Twitter is still working and its going crazy with people freaking out that Facebook has logged them out. Here is what some people had to say:

So far there is no update on when it will be back. Luckily, if you’re having issues logging into Facebook or Instagram, then it isn’t just you. This is an issue for everyone at the moment.

How To Fix Facebook
Right now, there is no fix to Facebook being down. You can’t login or reset your password. Instead, you just have to wait it out and hopefully they will get it fixed soon. Instagram and Facebook are owned by the same company so at this time both are down. Hopefully, they will get it fixed soon, but for now just keep trying and it will eventually work.
This is after ATT went down last week and then Direct TV also lost their local channels. It is a bit shocking that so many things keep happening like this and that there isn’t an easy fix for it.
