Fans Upset With Joy Anna Duggar
The fans are a bit upset with Joy Anna Duggar about how she is painting her daughter’s room to a more neutral color. They feel like she should let her keep it bright pink, like she wants. On Friday, Joy shared about her plans on her Instagram story. She was going to paint over Evelyn’s bright pink walls and go neutral, but her daughter didn’t want this. Here is what Joy Anna Duggar had to say:
“Definitely not going for this style..Evelyn is sad to see the bright pink go but I promised her we will make her room sooo cute! I’m thinking somewhere in between French country/cottage core! I want very natural tones throughout the house with lots of antique pieces. A very lived in look!”
Fans Speak Out Against Joy
One follower was not happy about it at all and said, “Sad you don’t let your kids express themselves. She loves the color but of course you have to crush her creativity #badparenting.” Joy couldn’t just let this go at all, though. She replied to them clapping back:
“OK, I got these comments on my post yesterday… going to clarify this. We’re redoing the WHOLE house… NEW drywall, new paint, everything. So the bright pink walls are going bye-bye. We may pick out a fun color later, but for now I’m keeping things neutral until the renovation’s done.”
Joy Anna does talk back to fans and doesn’t keep quiet. It will be interesting to see what she ends up decorating her daughter’s room.
