Counting On star Joe Duggar and his wife Kendra recently announced the arrival of their baby daughter Brooklyn Praise. Fans were excited to hear the news and swarmed their comment section with sweet messages. However, fans suddenly became furious after they learned that the two brought their newborn daughter to Justin Duggar and Claire Spivey’s wedding. Apparently, reports claim that most of the guests aren’t wearing masks during the ceremony despite the raging Covid-19 pandemic. Due to this, critics took Reddit to slam the couple for their irresponsible act.
Joe & Kendra Duggar Welcome Their Third Child
In a social media post, Counting On star Joseph Duggar and his wife Kendra Duggar announced the arrival of their third child. “We are so excited to introduce… Brooklyn Praise Duggar 7lbs. 3oz. 20 1/4in Born at 7:48 pm 2/19/21 Feeling so grateful and blessed,” the couple captioned their post. Brooklyn Praise received a warm welcome from the fans. Others are also impressed with her name. One fan said, “Many Congratulations, y’all! I love how unique the name is!”
The couple also shared a short clip to express their happiness on the arrival of Brooklyn Praise. “Wow, here we are with another new addition and we couldn’t be more thankful for her. It seems the entire family is already in love with Brooklyn Praise,” the couple said. Joseph also revealed that he found their daughter’s name while reading baby books with Kendra during her pregnancy.
Joe & Kendra Slammed For Bringing Newborn Daughter To A Wedding
Counting On stars Joseph Duggar and Kendra Duggar are facing criticisms after bringing their week-old daughter to Justin Duggar and Claire Spivey’s wedding. It all started when Kendra’s mother, Christina Caldwell, shared several pictures from Justin and Claire’s wedding. “We. Are. Smitten. it’s amazing how our hearts grow bigger with each one!” Christina said. Brooklyn Praise you are a precious gift, loved and treasured,” she added.
After that, critics took to Reddit to discuss the irresponsible parenting of Joseph and Kendra. “I’m not surprised, but geez. And Christina Caldwell was likely there too – she’s high risk supposedly and about 28 weeks pregnant currently…these people are so irresponsible,” one critic said. “My friend’s baby is almost one and she hasn’t even been able to have her parents hold her baby yet due to the pandemic,” another fan added. Others also described Justin and Claire’s wedding as a “maskless super-spreader event” as nobody wore masks throughout the ceremony.
Another Duggar Might Be Getting Married Soon
Just days after the wedding of Counting On stars Justin Duggar and Claire Spivey, Claire’s mother Hilary Spivey shared a picture of Jason Duggar next to her son Robert. After that, fans quickly speculated that Jason’s sudden visits with the Spiveys might mean that he’s planning to date one of Hilary’s daughters. Hilary quickly shut down the rumors. However, she made it clear that she’s not rejecting Jason to her family. “We would love to have Jason in our fam but no, our gal is too young,” Hilary said.
Jana Duggar is currently rumored to be in a courtship though.
