Pregnant Jana Duggar Reunites With Family In Touching Video
Fans of the Duggar family thought Jana Duggar would be stuck on the family compound in Arkansas for life. As the oldest daughter, Jana was in her 30s when she married Stephen Wissmann in 2024. The couple rekindled their romance after sparking dating rumors for years.
Now they’re expecting their first baby. She shared a family reunion video ahead of the birth of their child in early 2026.
What Jana Duggar Said About Marrying Late
Jana Duggar’s wedding to Stephen Wissmann couldn’t come soon enough for her. She opened up to PEOPLE magazine at the time of the wedding about how it felt to be one of the last of her siblings to marry. At that time, 11 of her 18 siblings were already married. Many of them tied the knot in their 20s after courting as teenagers.
“By far, I am the oldest. So it has been disheartening at times,” Jana Duggar said. She admitted to wondering if she was the problem. But good things come to those who wait.
Not only is Jana Duggar happily married now, she’s expecting her first child. Her husband also comes from a big family, so it’s likely not the only child they plan to have.
40 Duggar Family Members Reunite In Rare Video
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar rose to fame due to their TLC show about their shockingly large family. The couple had nineteen children. Most of the kids are now married with children of their own. At last count, Jim Bob and Michelle had 39 grandchildren, with more on the way, including Jana Duggar’s baby.
So, as you can imagine, the family reunions are an event. Just a few months before her due date, Jana Duggar was feeling nostalgic. She shared a video on YouTube of a huge family vacation to Florida in 2024 shortly after her wedding.
The family reunion included a total of 40 Duggars, including Jana’s twin brother John-David and sister, Jessa. The Duggars played games, sang hymns, and did the traditional family walk on the beach.
“The good thing about doing a rainy day is that there’s hardly anyone on the beach,” Jana said about the bad weather.
Fans Gush Over Touching Moments
The Duggar family’s TLC reality show, Counting On, went off the air in 2021 following Josh Duggar’s arrest on child pornography charges. Fans were beyond happy to see the family reunite in such a special way.
“I so LOVE seeing Jim Bob and Michelle again, they are so missed,” one fan wrote in the comment section on the video. Another fan added, “Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I really miss your family being on tv. There is so little worth watching anymore, and your show was so wonderful.”
A third fan noticed something sweet about Jana Duggar’s husband. They wrote, “I love how Stephen was right there trying to get the littles to smile when you took photos and always was holding a baby or talking to a baby! He’s going to be a great father!”
