Fortunately, the surgery was a success, and Katie was sent home to get her strength back. Many also commended Travis for staying by his wife’s side throughout her surgery journey. Meanwhile, some fans worry that Katie may have gotten her kidney stone from drinking a supplement that is high in Vitamin C, which is dangerous for people who are prone to having kidney stones.
How Did Katie & Travis Make Up For Their Canceled Anniversary?
Katie recently took to Instagram to share her sudden getaway trip with Travis and Hailey. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, her husband surprised her with a trip to make up for their canceled anniversary plans. She even shared that the last few days have been the best and that it was their first vacation as a family of three. Travis and Katie Bates Clark went to Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands. But the married couple remained discreet about the resort they were at.

Katie Bates Clark also uploaded a vlog featuring their new Tennessee home. The Bringing Up Bates star revealed that they’re still working on the renovation of the rental home. They were also visited by some of their siblings on their first day in Knoxville. The house is spacious enough for a family of three. It features multiple rooms with a massive modern kitchen. Many fans also cheered for the two and hoped that they would enjoy their new chapter in Tennessee.
