Bringing Up Bates: How Are Trace & Lydia Bates Today?
Trace and Lydia have been sharing updates about Ryker over the past few days. On March 16, the 25-year-old mom gushed over how big her son has become in such a short amount of time. She also took to social media earlier this month to celebrate Ryker turning six months old. Trace’s wife also said that Ryker is such a happy little guy who loves to play, go on walks, and likes to eat bananas.
“Enjoys watching Maui play. And loves his parents. Dad is currently his favorite,” the Bringing Up Bates star added. Until recently, Trace and Lydia shared a major update about their son as he got to visit a zoo for the first time.
Trace & Lydia Share Ryker’s First Time At The Zoo
In a YouTube post, Trace and Lydia shared their son’s first time at the zoo. The 17-minute vlog is filled with adorable moments of Ryker being excited to see different animals. He cried when he saw the monkeys. But many Bringing Up Bates fans are still impressed by Ryker, as he doesn’t seem to get scared by some of the animals he sees. Trace also felt sad as he couldn’t show his son some of the biggest animals at the zoo as they were so far away during their visit. Some commenters also commend Trace and Lydia Bates for making unforgettable memories with their son.

The baby boy looked confused at first. But he later had fun watching the bubbles with their cat, Maui, who was also having a blast popping them off.
