Bringing Up Bates star Lydia Bates has been living positively with her husband, Trace. Many were also surprised by the 25-year-old’s kind heart. Despite suffering from a heartbreaking miscarriage in February, she visited Josie after she gave birth to baby Miles. Bringing Up Bates: Trace & Lydia Bates Surprise Grandparents
Trace and Lydia Bates recently took to YouTube to share their visit to Jane and Bill Bates in South Carolina. The Bringing Up Bates stars surprised the grandparents by giving them a massage chair. Jane expressed her happiness with the gift they received from the married couple.
She even carried Lydia and Trace’s son, Ryker, while sitting on the massage chair. It also appears that Jane and Bill have been getting more visits from the Bates children over the past few weeks. Earlier this month, Alyssa flew to South Carolina to take care of Bill and Jane, who were both sick at the time. She cooked meals for them and even cleaned their entire house.
Lydia Celebrates Son Ryker’s Newest Milestone
Lydia also took to Instagram to celebrate baby Ryker turning six months old. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, her baby boy is such a happy little guy who loves playing, going on walks, and can even roll over. Trace’s wife also gushed over how Ryker loves food, especially bananas. “And loves his parents. Dad is currently his favorite,” she added, followed by a laughing emoticon. Meanwhile, some fans can’t get over how Ryker is starting to look more like his grandfather, Gil Bates.

Ryker’s beautiful pictures are the results of his mother’s work. In an IG post, Lydia shared a clip of herself setting up a photoshoot area at their house. The Bringing Up Bates star previously worked as a professional photographer, taking newborn, family, wedding, and engagement photos. However, she has been minimizing her work since welcoming baby Ryker.

In a YouTube vlog, Lydia Bates clarified that she’s still planning to slowly get back into photography. But she agreed with Trace that she may never get back into her career full-time.
