Michael Christan previously expressed her struggles with infertility. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, there’s always been sadness and pain whenever the holiday comes, especially Christmas, as she sees her siblings enjoy their lives with their own children. “I don’t always understand God’s perfect plan, but I do know I can trust him,” she added. Michael and Brandon Keilen have yet to share their plans this year. But some think they should consider adoption. However, the two clarified that they’ve been undergoing fertility treatments, which may explain why they haven’t made a major decision yet.
Kelly Jo Gushes Over Michael Christan For Her Birthday
Kelly Jo took to Instagram to send a heartwarming birthday message for her daughter, Michael. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, her name stands for “Who is like the Lord,” while her middle name means “Christian.” The loving mom also talked about how Michael is the person she thinks of when it comes to someone who lives life in a “Christ-like manner.”

Kelly Jo Bates also gushed over how her daughter is a big source of encouragement to many and how she ministers to the brokenhearted. “You serve constantly (& with such joyfulness & enthusiasm). You’re patient, gentle, understanding, forgiving, kind… all of the qualities that make you so compassionate, approachable, & helpful,” she added. Kelly Jo later expressed her happiness about being Michael’s mother. “I’m one of the most privileged moms in the world to have a daughter like you! Thank you for your diligence, your steadfastness, your bright light, & your love! You continue to be such a huge inspiration!” she said.
Bringing Up Bates: What Is Michael Christan Bates Up To Today?
Michael Christan is presently a licensed EMT. She also owns a store called Keilen Corner, where she sells baby products and coloring books. The Bringing Up Bates star even launched her own YouTube channel last year called Brandon & Michaela Keilen. It currently has one video showing someone drawing a story of Jesus while a child is narrating in the background.
Michaela Christan Bates is also looking forward to many things this year. In an Instagram post, she said, “I’m incredibly excited for 2024!
