Sister Wives fans have seen the never-ending struggles of Kody Brown and Meri Brown, which ultimately led to their split earlier this year. The two had also confirmed the end of their relationship during Season 17’s tell-all. There have been several speculations regarding the reason for their split. However, fans think Kody played a significant role in their struggles. Some fans even recalled one of the biggest red flags he had waved at Meri.
Sister Wives: Fans Recall One Of Kody Brown’s Biggest Red Flags Toward Meri Brown
Sister Wives fans from Reddit shared their thoughts on what may be one of Kody Brown’s biggest red flags toward Meri Brown. Apparently, it was a scene from an old episode where Kody sat on Meri’s back to reach the top of the SUV. According to some, it was a horrible sight to see and Meri was clearly in shock by what Kody did. Others also pointed out different ways where Kody could reach the top of the vehicle without sitting on Meri. “This is nuts, why not just open the car door and step up onto the seat,” one person said. “He could have just stepped up on the tire. I’m sure Meri was just trying to be helpful, but what an unfortunate-looking situation,” another person added.
Kody’s Decision To Divorce Meri For Robyn
Aside from sitting on her back, Sister Wives fans also think Kody Brown’s decision to divorce Meri Brown to legally marry Robyn Brown is another red flag. According to some, Kody didn’t care that he would break Meri’s heart by filing a divorce. Fans also think Meri had no other choice but to follow for the sake of her future with the plural family. Unfortunately for Meri, Kody has never shown interest and love towards her since their divorce and was further fueled when her catfishing scandal surfaced in 2015.
Sister Wives: What Took Meri Brown So Long?
Sister Wives fans are glad that Meri Brown and Kody Brown finally called it quits earlier this year. However, some are curious as to why Meri took so long to make such a decision. According to some, it’s possible that Meri was still hoping for Kody to fix the plural family. Others also believe that Meri is having a hard time stepping away from the family, especially by how she got attached to some of Robyn Brown’s kids.
At this point, Meri has yet to share her next plans after leaving Kody. However, it seems that she’s prioritizing her B&B in Utah lately. She also flew to Las Vegas recently and spent some time with Janelle Brown’s sons, Logan Brown and Hunter Brown. Anything is possible for the single lady so the world is her oyster.
