Counting On star Jill Duggar recently made headlines after revealing that she’s about to undergo gallbladder surgery. Family and friends of Jill have been sending thoughts and prayers since her heartbreaking announcement. She also took the opportunity to thank those who have been sending gifts and helping with her kids during her recent struggles. Now, Jill is back to finally share some updates regarding her condition.
Counting On: Jill Duggar Shares Updates After Gallbladder Surgery
In a social media post, Counting On star Jill Duggar shared big updates regarding her gallbladder surgery. According to Jill, she’s been trying to refuel herself after her gallbladder surgery. “Surviving on a whole lotta baby snuggles, prayer and chocolate lol,” Jill said. “Thanks, @sierrajodominguezpottery for the amazing dinner last night and the mama supply of chocolate to keep me going!” she added. It’s clear to see that Jill is doing her best to recover fast. Fans are also praising her efforts for staying strong for her kids. “You’re Super Woman,” one fan said. Some also wished Jill a fast and healthy recovery.
Jill Thankful For Her Family
Jill also thanked her family and friends who have been with her throughout her latest journey. “Also shoutout to friends and family who have stepped up to help us (coffee, doggo watching & childcare, meals, etc),” Jill said. “As we’ve been adjusting to our new life as a family of 5 and dealing with my recovery from c-section + gallbladder surgery and shuffling to doctors appointments all!” she added. Jill didn’t reveal the names of the family members that have been helping her. But some fans believe that it’s most likely her siblings, especially the ones she’s close with such as James Duggar, Jana Duggar, Jessa Duggar, and Jason Duggar.
Counting On: Jim Bob & Michelle Remain Silent Amid Jill’s Condition
At this point, Counting On stars Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have yet to acknowledge Jill Duggar’s condition. Fans also doubt that the two went to Jill’s house to help during her recovery. Apparently, she has been estranged from the Duggar family for years. It also appears that her relationship with Jim Bob and Michelle still hasn’t improved, especially after Josh Duggar’s CSAM arrest. Meanwhile, fans are not losing hope that Jill will eventually reconcile with her parents.
