TikTok Psychics Claim To Channel Gabby Petito’s Spirit
According to The New York Post, there are a lot of TikTok psychics claiming to channel Gabby Petito’s spirit. Some self-proclaimed psychics claim they’ve been trying to speak with Gabby Petito’s spirit to ask who killed her and if she knows where Brian Laundrie is right now. According to the outlet, a search for mediums and the 22-year-old’s name will return dozens of results. Results of mediums claiming to have channeled the young woman’s spirit. Mediums who proceed to give their thoughts on the case.
TikTok oracle Kelly Ferro, for example, claims to have physically channeled Gabby Petito prior to the discovery of her body. While the video is now private, it accumulated nearly a million views before going private. One of the biggest issues the internet had with this particular individual was the fact that she spelled Gabby’s name wrong. The internet noted if she was actually channeling her spirit, she would have spelled her name correctly.
Dustin Dean, a mentalist who spends time dragging TikTok psychics, shared his thoughts on mediums coming out of the woodwork to claim they have details on the case simply to gain views.
This is disgusting. Using false claims to gain clout off something so tragic, all the psychics and mediums on this app should be ashamed of themselves.
TikTok Mediums Catch Heat On Other Platforms Too
Philip DeFranco, a well-known YouTube personality, also had harsh words for TikTok mediums using Gabby Petito’s murder to gain viewers. He blasted Kelly Ferro specifically as a “horrible person.”
He continued: “I hope that when you sit alone, you really feel that.”
In response to the backlash, Kelly Ferro has made some videos private and turned off the comments on others.
Gabby Petito Case Update: Brian Laundrie Is Still Missing
Presently, Brian Laundrie is still at large. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. According to his lawyer, the warrant is for an “unrelated” charge. The internet continues to speculate Brian Laundrie’s parents know where he’s hiding.
