TLC recently announced the official cancellation of the reality show, Counting On. Apparently, fans have been debating online whether if TLC should cancel the show or not due to Josh Duggar’s child porn arrest. Now, TLC decided to cut ties with the Duggar family. However, fans think that there’s still hope for the Duggars to return at some point. Meanwhile, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo took social media to share their thoughts on TLC’s cancellation of the reality show.
Counting On: Jinger Duggar & Jeremy Vuolo Share Their Thoughts
In a social media post, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo shared their thoughts about the cancellation of Counting On. “We are grateful for TLC giving us the opportunity to be on their network over the years and their kindness towards the Vuolo family,” Jinger and Jeremy said. “It’s been a remarkable journey that has opened doors to traveling and experiencing the world in a way that we wouldn’t have imagined possible,” they added.
After that, Jinger revealed that they wholeheartedly agree with TLC’s decision not to renew their show. Jinger also said that they’re excited for the next chapter of their lives away from the cameras. “We’d like to thank our fans, friends and the amazing film crew who have shown us love and support,” she added. Jinger also said that she and Jeremy will continue with their creative journey in Los Angeles.
Josh Duggar Did It Again
Counting On fans have been speculating that TLC might cancel the show due to Josh Duggar’s child porn arrest. Now, TLC finally revealed that they will give the Duggar’s the opportunity to address their situation privately. This wasn’t the first time TLC canceled the Duggar family’s reality show. Apparently, TLC also canceled 19 Kids and Counting due to Josh Duggar’s molestation scandal. Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar were also blamed by critics for enabling Josh’s immoral behavior as they kept him from facing consequences.
Counting On: What’s Next For The Duggars?
Counting On stars Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar have yet to share their next steps after TLC canceled their show. However, it appears that they will prioritize dealing with Josh Duggar’s child porn arrest privately. There are no indications if the Duggars will return. However, the big family made a huge comeback when they settled Josh’s molestation scandal years ago. Due to this, fans can only hope that TLC will give the Duggars another shot once everything is done with Josh’s child porn arrest.
