‘Counting On’ Abbie Duggar Shows Off New Baby Bump

Abbie and John-David Duggar recently shared the big news that their family was growing. In a more recent update, Abbie flaunted her figure as she was starting to show. During the share, Abbie also alluded to another issue she’s facing during this time.

The Family Announced John-David & Abbie Duggar’s Third Baby Was On Its Way Back In September

Fans got to meet the Duggar family through various reality shows, like 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On. John-David Duggar is the third child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s nineteen children.

John and Abbie, who married in 2018, have two children together: a daughter, Grace, and a son, Charlie. Back in early September, the couple announced that another bundle of joy was on its way.

Abbie recently had an update to share with fans on social media. She could be seen wearing a deep pink dress on a beach, while holding her baby bump.

Abbie Alluded To An Issue She Had Been Facing In The Hashtags

In the caption, Abbie shared, “A little over half way! We had a pretty rough go of it the first half and I am so thankful to be feeling much more like myself again! God is good!”

In the hashtags, Abbie alluded to dealing with hyperemesis at this time. This refers to constant nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Symptoms can include dehydration, vertigo, and significant weight loss.

Notably, Abbie’s recent share comes out after only three months of revealing that she was pregnant with her third baby. At the time, she hinted that the family took time to share the news after learning about it themselves. She shared, We’ve been keeping a little secret… Baby #3 arriving early 2026!!!” The announcement was also rather timely, as John-David’s twin sister Jana also recently revealed she was expecting her first baby.

With Abbie’s more recent post, fans shared their happiness at seeing the development of John and Abbie’s new baby. Some also discussed their own personal struggles with hyperemesis. Some comments included:
