Murderous Minnesota Mother Smiles As Toddler Dies
A murderous mother based in Minnesota was smiling as her toddler daughter passed away. Twenty-nine-year-old Suad Ali’s little girl was killed in July 2023. Yet, as attempts were made to resuscitate the toddler, Suad was happy as she watched her daughter die. Apparently, she had suffocated the three-year-old with the hopes it would stop her from crying. The toddler was hungry, hence why she was crying out, so Suad felt this was the best option. She also tried to stab her earlier, but nothing happened. The weapon was found by the couch at the crime scene, confirming she had not just smothered her but also had become violent.
When authorities arrived at the home, they found Ibrahim Ali over the toddler. He was stating that Suad had killed her. As they attempted to perform CPR on the little girl, her mother was smiling, and then, she sadly passed away. She did not seem to care that she had killed her child, and it was found that she suffered from mental illness. On Monday, June 23rd, Suad was sentenced to 12 and a half years behind bars for homicide, which seems like nothing for what she had done.
Suad will be released from the Minnesota Correctional Facility in late 2031. After hearing about this horrific case, followers were shocked that any parent could do this to their child. They also wondered why she did not get life in prison, and why she was going to be released so soon. It seemed very lenient for what she did, and the hope was that she was going to a mental hospital after her release. What will happen in the long run is unknown, but this is a tragic situation all around.
This Is Absurd
Suad Ali tried to kill her daughter twice and succeeded. However, in Minnesota, her punishment does not fit the crime. Anyone who heard what had happened and that she received just 12 and a half years immediately spoke up. Some hoped that she would be sterilized so she could never do this to another child:
- Why only 12 1/2 years plus but the really expect to let her out in 6 years?Is she going to be in a mental hospital?
- Filthy people! This is disgusting how in the hell could someone hurt their own children like that?!?
It was also pointed out how Suad was smiling in her mugshot, which showed how desensitized she was to the whole situation.
