Bringing Up Bates: Papa Bill’s Worrying Condition
The Bates kids have been taking turns visiting Mama Jane and Papa Bill over the past few months. Some of them went emotional during their visit after seeing the condition of Papa Bill. One of them is Carlin, who had to introduce herself to her grandfather again after he forgot who she was. Gil and Kelly Jo have yet to share the treatment Papa Bill would take amid his dementia. But many Bringing Up Bates fans are glad that the Bates children always give time to their grandparents.
Mama Jane & Papa Bill Like You’ve Never Seen Before
In an Instagram post, Kelly Jo shared rare photos of Mama Jane and Papa Bill. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, Mama Jane and Papa Bill are celebrating their 60th anniversary. What makes it extra special is that Alyssa and John Webster are also celebrating their 10th year as husband and wife. But what caught the attention of many was Mama Jane and Papa Bill’s photos when they were still a young couple.

Bringing Up Bates: Alyssa Bates & John Webster’s Anniversary Trip
Alyssa and John went on a trip to Utah without their kids to celebrate their anniversary. The Bringing Up Bates stars uploaded vlogs and pictures featuring the beautiful view of Zion Nation Park. According to Alyssa, they stood on top of a mountain and had a surreal experience after seeing the landscape of Utah. “I couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of God‘s mighty wonder. What a surreal experience,” she said.
Meanwhile, Gil and Kelly Jo Bates have yet to share how Mama Jane and Papa Bill celebrated their wedding anniversary. But there are speculations that the Bates kids may travel to South Carolina to celebrate with their grandparents.
