In March, Alyssa uploaded a vlog featuring her visit to Mama Jane and Papa Bill. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, she flew to South Carolina with her son, Rhett, to look after her sick grandparents. Their illness wasn’t revealed during the video. However, Alyssa assured her fans that she took care of them while she was there. She cooked meals for Mama Jane and Papa Bill. Many were also impressed by her efforts to clean her grandparents’ house. Some people believe that Mama Jane and Papa Bill may need more visits from the Bates family due to their age.
