Counting On alum Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth is getting a lot of attention following her latest post. The 26-year-old mom has made it known that she has never been a follower of the IBLP since she and Austin became a couple. But despite her decision, some fans believe that she still applies some of the Duggar family’s conservative values to herself and her children. Counting On: Joy-Anna Duggar Talks About Disentangling
Joy-Anna recently took to YouTube to answer some of the most popular questions from fans. One of them is about “disentangling” following the decisions of her sisters such as Jinger and Jill, to step away from the IBLP. According to the Counting On alum, she believes that she already had moments of disentangling from their beliefs, especially when she read her sisters’ books.
Joy-Anna also revealed that talking to Jinger before her book was published did shake her world. She later explained that she’s in the same position as Jinger and seeks answers to the Bible without creating any conflict in the family.
Joy-Anna Goes All Out In Revealing Bodysuit
In an Instagram post, Joy-Anna shared a clip of herself endorsing some bodysuits. Many were surprised to see the Counting On alum in revealing outfits, which is against the Duggar family’s dress codes. But despite showing off some skin, Austin Forsyth later came over and complimented her. Some commenters also left positive comments, saying that Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth is glowing.

Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth also clarified some facts about her decision to step away from the Duggar family’s dress codes in her latest vlog. According to the former Counting On star, she grew up believing that it was a big deal to wear skirts only. However, her life changed when she began to wear pants. She said that she and Austin studied the scripture and saw no writings about restricting women from wearing pants. Due to this, they concluded that wearing pants isn’t immodest, but it’s all about the “spirit” behind the person wearing them.
