Michaela and Brandon have yet to share updates about their adoption journey. It was previously revealed that the Bringing Up Bates star failed their first attempt to adopt a child. Due to this, Michaela decided to keep things private if they were ever going to try again. The 34-year-old daughter of Gil and Kelly Jo has been showing signs of wanting to become a mother.

In an Instagram post, Michaela Bates Keilen shared several pictures featuring some of the finished art projects of their nephews and nieces. The Bringing Up Bates stars even posed with the kids, and many called them the best uncle and aunt. Some also commend the two for setting great examples for the younger members of the Bates family, while others said that the kids were blessed to have such an uncle and aunt.

Brandon and Michaela previously launched a YouTube channel where they shared their art projects. Some of the younger children of Gil and Kelly Jo participate in the YouTube channel as well. One of the married couple’s latest episodes was about their “puffy paint crafts” with some of Tori Bates’ kids.
