Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Job Behind Cameras
Aside from filming for the reality show, Kody has different ways to make income. According to reports, the Sister Wives star was the president of Das Hundhaus Firearms and Accessories until 2004. He also continued to sell firearms up until this year and has been spotted at multiple gun conventions this year. Furthermore, it was revealed in the show that the patriarch once worked in online advertising sales. There are also reports that it revolved around selling billboards.
Kody’s Net Worth Today
Kody still has multiple ways of making money despite losing the support of Christine, Janelle, and Meri. According to reports, his net worth is estimated to be around $800,000 today. It also appears that much of his income outside the show came from his side job as a firearm salesman.
In 2022, some fans on Reddit discussed the photos of the Sister Wives star selling guns and firearm accessories at a gun show in Tulsa, Oklahoma. One commenter pointed out that the reality TV personality is an authorized gun seller for a company that mass produces firearm accessories. “The biggest difference is there is no pyramid scheme to it. You buy in bulk and sell to make your portion. Just like any retail store,” the Reddit user added.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Continues To Hustle Online
Aside from selling guns, Kody also side-hustles online. He has been selling customized videos on Cameo for $99. He also launched his own production company, Kody Brown Family Entertainment, LLC, in 2010. But it was reported that he shut it down this year following his split with three of his wives.
The former sister wives presently have their own ways of income as well. Meri has been busy managing her B&B in Utah, while Christine and Janelle continue to thrive in the pink drink company. Meanwhile, the only remaining wife, Robyn, previously ran the family’s jewelry store, My Sisterwife’s Closet. However, the official website of the shop has never been updated since 2019.
