Counting On alum Jed Duggar has been living happily as a father of two. He and Katey were active on social media before the arrival of Nora. They even launched a YouTube channel together where they documented their lives as parents. However, things suddenly went silent between the two over the last few months. Counting On: Jed & Katey Duggar’s Lives As Parents
Jed and Katey documented their lives as first-time parents when they welcomed Truett. They love to go on outdoor trips and spend time with the Duggar family in Arkansas. Things may be the same for their second child, Nora. But the two have kept a low profile since welcoming her in June. There have been glimpses of them at recent family gatherings, and many of their clips show that they’ve been living happily amid the controversies of the Duggars. Their last YouTube vlog was Truett’s first meeting with his baby sister.
Jed Is Against Jill’s Latest Book
Jed Duggar made headlines after some fans spotted him liking hateful comments on Jill’s book announcement post. He has yet to share his thoughts on “Counting The Cost.” But it’s clear that the Counting On alum doesn’t support his sister’s title. The book features the harmful ideology of the IBLP and some controversial claims about Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. There are still several Duggars who supported the 32-year-old mother. One of them is Jinger, who recently expressed her desire to read the book. “I love and support my sister,” she added.
Counting On: Jed Duggar’s Career
It’s been quite some time since Jed last shared an update about his life aside from welcoming a new child in June. In 2022, the former Counting On star was listed as an officer of Champion Motorcars with his father, Jim Bob. He also revealed in May 2022 that he’s been running a car lot for six years. Additionally, the 10th Duggar child launched his own real estate company called Ambassador Properties, LLC in December 2020.
Meanwhile, Katey is enjoying life as a mother. Not much is known about her career. But it’s been reported that she’s a pilot and received her Solo flight Certificate in 2020. She also has a net worth of $200k in 2022, while her husband has an estimated net worth of $500-$900k as of 2023. The married couple currently reside in Springdale, Arkansas. They’ve been on several big trips this year alone, such as to Italy, Israel, and Hawaii.
