Counting On fans from Reddit shared their thoughts on why Josh Duggar has never been a good husband even before his immoral sins were discovered. Apparently, some fans recalled old episodes showing signs that Josh hasn’t been a kind and loving husband. According to some, there was a scene where Anna was forced to carry her own luggage to the hotel after their wedding. Others also pointed out how Anna is often behind Josh whenever they’re walking. “She was physically leaning backward, away from him the entire time. She looked terrified,” one person said. Others also recalled the times when Josh seemingly enjoyed making Anna do the things she doesn’t like. One of them is making her go on a Ferris wheel knowing that she’s terrified of heights.
Anna Continues To Take Josh’s Side
Counting On fans also think that Anna Duggar is still taking Josh Duggar’s side. There are reports that Anna caused a big rift in the Duggar family due to the fact that some Duggars no longer want to support their disgraced brother. Josh made headlines after reports claimed that he was caught with a phone in prison. As punishment, he was sent to solitary confinement.

Some fans assume that they’re laying low to avoid further controversy. It’s unclear if they’re still hoping for a TLC return. Many people believe that some Duggars deserve another chance, especially those who no longer live with their parents such as Jinger Duggar, Joy-Anna Duggar, and Jill Duggar.
TLC has already confirmed that they will give the Duggar family all the privacy they need. It seems that they couldn’t escape all the controversy, especially with Jinger’s latest book which exposes the questionable teachings of the IBLP.
