Andrei Castravet from 90 Day Fiancé has been sharing adorable updates with his family in Florida. However, it seems that Andrei’s stay in the sunshine state is in question after the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Apparently, Andrei’s immigration attorney called him for an interview regarding his green card status, and it seems there may be trouble.
90 Day Fiance: Andrei Castravet Getting Deported?
Castravet’s stay in the U.S. might be in jeopardy. Andrei explains in the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? that his immigration attorney doesn’t usually call for a meeting. Because of this, he thinks that it’s something important.
Moments later, Andrei learned about how serious things have become. Apparently, Andrei’s attorney, Emel Ersan, told him that people usually get a green card in the mail and proceed with zero problems. Unfortunately, things are very different regarding Andrei’s case.
During the discussion, Emel asked Andrei if he got into trouble with the law in Moldova. Andrei continues to claim his innocence and share that he has done nothing wrong in the past.
Andrei’s Past Continues To Haunt Him
It’s clear to see that Andrei Castravet is still getting haunted by his past in Moldova. Apparently, 90 Day Fiance fans have been discussing the suspicious past of Andrei, but no one can get clear answers. It has even become a problem in Elizabeth Potthast’s family.
According to Andrei, his work as an investigator was questioned back then, and he testified to the court to prove his innocence. However, his past problems are still coming back to haunt him in the U.S.

At this point, 90 Day Fiance star Andrei Castravet has yet to share his plans amid the troubles in regarding his green card. However, it seems that Andrei is trying to distract himself from all the stress lately. More recently, he took to social media to welcome his second child with Elizabeth Potthast. “I’m so proud and excited to be a Dad again to my son Winston Leo!! Welcome to the world! And now You are our favorite reason to lose sleep at night,” Andrei captioned.
Aside from that, Andrei has also been focusing on staying healthy and physically fit. He’s been sharing clips and pictures from his recent gym sessions.
