Counting On fans have been calling out Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar over the past couple of months. Apparently, many were upset that the two supported Josh Duggar and helped defend his case. Michelle even released a letter pleading for leniency for Josh. But fans think that Michelle only made things worse as she never seemed to think about the victims of child abuse. Now, fans are calling out Michelle once again.
Counting On: Fans Are Upset With Michelle Duggar
Counting On fans took to Reddit to discuss why they’re upset about Michelle Duggar’s parenting. Apparently, fans were upset by the fact that Michelle gets to live her life doing all the things that her kids aren’t allowed to do today. “She got to live a relatively normal childhood- climbing trees, wearing pants, playing with neighborhood kids, and enjoying school and normal, fun kid things,” one person said.
Others agree and shared how much they feel bad about the Duggar kids who grew up without experiencing such a childhood. “I honestly wonder if she’s ever felt even the tiniest twinge of guilt about that. I doubt it but she knows what she’s depriving her children off and she doesn’t seem to care,” another person added.
The Other Kids Are Starting To Live A Different Lifestyle
Counting On fans are starting to notice the changes in some of the Duggar kids’ lifestyles in recent years. One of them is Jinger Duggar, who’s been living a different lifestyle in Los Angeles. Most of the time, Jinger wears pants and shorts, which is against the Duggar family’s dress code. Jill Duggar also defied the family’s homeschooling tradition and sent her son, Israel, to a real school. Meanwhile, fans are hoping that Michelle will finally realize that her younger kids need more attention, especially when it comes to their education.
Counting On: Will Michelle Duggar Return To Her Online Activity?
At this point, Counting On star Michelle Duggar have yet to return to social media. Apparently, Michelle used to post wholesome stories about their family online. However, she hasn’t uploaded anything since Josh Duggar’s CSAM arrest. It also appears that they will remain silent due to the growing number of criticisms they’ve been receiving after Josh’s sentence.
On the other hand, Amy Duggar has been calling out Michelle and Jim Bob on social media lately. But some think that her words will never reach their hearts and will continue to claim Josh’s innocence.
It’s clear to see how bad things have turned for the Duggars in recent years. Fans also think that Josh’s sentence will make it harder for them to return to the small screens.
