Counting On star Jason Duggar has been silent on social media when it comes to his brother, Josh Duggar. It seems that Jason wants to avoid any controversies regarding his brother’s arrest. Most of the time, Jason only shares his road trips and bonding time with some of his siblings, especially Jana Duggar. The two even traveled to Los Angeles with some of their siblings to pay a visit to Jinger Duggar. Now, Jason is back to share another update for the fans. This time, Jason finally opens up about Josh after his sentence.
Counting On: Jason Duggar Shares How Josh Duggar’s Arrest Affected The Family
In a social media post, Counting On star Jason Duggar shared a lengthy message that talks about his brother Josh Duggar’s sentence. According to Jason, he thinks that the judge was fair in the ruling and the punishment that was given to Josh. Jason also said that his heart is grieved by the choices that Josh did throughout the years.
“Joshua’s poor decisions have greatly affected those around him, in particular his wife, seven children, and our family as a whole,” Jason added. After that, Jason made it clear that he’ll never stop loving her brother. “Regardless of what he does, just as my savior has forgiven me so I have forgiven my brother of his wrongdoing!” he added.
Some Duggars Don’t Want To Talk About Josh?
At this point, only a few members of the Duggar family have opened up about Josh Duggar’s sentence. Counting On fans also noticed that they have already started posting different content online but none of them talks about Josh.
One of them is Jinger Duggar, who’s been busy living a healthy lifestyle with Jeremy Vuolo in Los Angeles. Most of the time, the two share their workouts and other outdoor activities. It also appears that Jinger is trying to avoid talking about Josh as much as she can. Aside from Jinger, it also appears that Justin Duggar and Claire Spivey want to avoid any issues as well. Apparently, Justin faced so many issues after his controversial reaction during one of Josh’s hearings where he raised his thumbs up to the cameras.
Counting On: Jason Duggar & His Adorable House
Counting On star Jason Duggar also went headlines after sharing a quick tour of an adorable small house. Fans think that it was the treehouse they built back in the day. At this point, Jason has yet to share the main purpose of the small house. However, fans think that he’s been living there to give himself more privacy instead of living with his siblings and parents in the Duggar compound.
It’s clear to see that the Duggars have different opinions when it comes to Josh’s sentencing. Nevertheless, most of them are glad that it’s finally over.
