Sister Wives fans have different thoughts regarding the second episode of season 16. Apparently, episode 2 featured the plural family’s social distancing struggles amid the Covid-19 pandemic. According to some, it just shows how dysfunctional the polygamous family has become. However, many are also satisfied with the outcome of episode 2. Viewers also think that it featured the current state of Kody Brown and his family after a long break from the reality show.
Sister Wives: Episode 2 Features Kody Brown’s Lack Of Parenting
Sister Wives fans were shocked to learn more about Kody Brown’s parenting early in season 16. Apparently, the second episode featured Kody’s lack of attention to his kids. Fans also took Reddit to discuss Kody’s poor parenting style. According to some, Kody is trying to act like he’s concerned with his kids but barely interacts with them behind the cameras. Fans also think that Kody wants to use the social distancing rules to stay away from his kids. Fans also think that Kody is not allowing any of his kids to see each other for months without any backup plan to keep them entertained.
Still No Love Between Kody & Meri
Aside from his poor parenting, Sister Wives fans also noticed that Kody Brown is still not giving enough effort to Meri Brown. Apparently, the two have been struggling with their relationship for years. According to some, Kody is no longer treating Meri like a wife. Fans also recalled some scenes where Meri looked left out. “Meri has been quarantining completely alone, but she still had to sit alone at the campfire and couldn’t play with Robin’s kids? Bizarre that they couldn’t just say that was the reason,” one person said. Meanwhile, some think that Meri is already planning on leaving Kody. Viewers also noticed Meri’s humorous behavior and shady attitude towards Kody, which seems to be a hint that she’s done with the polygamous life.
Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Still Raising Some Eyebrows
Sister Wives fans also think that the plural family is still dealing with Robyn Brown’s manipulative behavior. According to some, Kody Brown is still making decisions that favor Robyn and her kids. Fans also think that Kody’s favoritism towards Robyn has become more obvious in the first two episodes. Fans also think that Robyn wants nothing but her decisions for the plural family. “She’s fine with polygamy as long as her vote is the only vote,” one person said. “I agree, Robyn is in charge. Her kids looked like latchy kids, stuck somewhere without the sun or food,” another person added.
