However, despite the busy schedule, Joy-Anna never forgets to share updates about her kids. Recently, Joy-Anna left the fans in awe after sharing a clip of Evelyn walking for the first time. However, some are furious about the clip as Evelyn appears to be chewing something. Due to this, some fans took Reddit to call out Joy-Anna for her careless parenting.
Counting On: Joy-Anna Duggar Slammed For Letting Evelyn Chew Rocks
In a social media post, Counting On star Joy-Anna Duggar shared a clip of her daughter, Evelyn, walking for the first time. However, eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed that there’s something inside of Evelyn’s mouth. After further investigation, fans learned that Evelyn was actually chewing small rocks that she could easily swallow. Due to this, some fans took Reddit to discuss Joy-Anna’s careless parenting. “Joy posted a video showing off that Evelyn can walk. Unfortunately, it looks like she has a rock in her mouth! Did Joy not get enough sister-mom experience? Get that rock out of her mouth,” one fan said. Another fan agreed that said that Joy-Anna is too naive about parenting. “I’d say naive. Lacking education. Hopefully, she’ll smarten up,” the fan said.
This Wasn’t The First Time For Joy-Anna & Austin
Counting On fans have criticized Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth’s parenting styles throughout the years. Apparently, some think that they’re too careless with their kids, especially when it comes to their surroundings. At one point, fans called out Joy-Anna and Austin for leaving a rifle near Gideon. Fans also noticed that Joy-Anna has been allowing Evelyn to play with small rocks ever since. Fans also went furious when Joy-Anna put a beaded necklace on Evelyn. According to some, Evelyn could easily swallow the small beads.
Counting On: Joy-Anna Shares Heartfelt Message To Evelyn For Her First Birthday
Counting On star Joy-Anna Duggar recently took social media to share a heartfelt birthday message for her daughter Evelyn. “You are kind, gentle, beautiful, smart, strong, and tough. and we are so blessed to have you as our daughter,” Joy-Anna said. Families and friends of Joy-Anna also left a sweet message for Evelyn in the comment section. Meanwhile, it appears that the Duggars didn’t gather to celebrate Evelyn’s birthday as they continue to follow the Covid-19 health and safety protocols.
