Joy Duggar & Austin Forsyth now have two young kids. Gideon turned three years old in February, and Evelyn was born in August. The little ones seem to keep their parents busy.
On social media, Joy shares regular updates about her kids with Counting On fans. Naturally, fans love to see cute photos of the kids as they grow. They love seeing Joy as a mother, and they think she’s a great mom. They point out that she’s hands-on and does lots of fun things with her kids.
Of course, it goes without saying that Austin and Joy are often under fire for their parenting choices. Because they are in the public eye, they get all kinds of comments from fans – both good and bad.

In her post, Joy shares a few photos and a video of her kids outside. They’re sitting in the gravel playing with trucks. Joy also shares a short video of Gideon driving his trucks through the gravel while Evelyn in a playpen.

In Joy’s post, she reveals that Evelyn tried to eat rocks while she was outside. The mom writes, “It’s the perfect weather for pjs and Gideon’s rock pile!🌤 On another note… Evy tried her first rock today and quickly realized it’s not one of her favorite foods!😂”
In the comments section, a few fans point out that they figured Evelyn would try the rocks after they saw the photos of the kids outside. So, it doesn’t come as a surprise to them that she tried to eat them. Fans think it’s hilarious.
Fans of Joy Duggar worry about the kids sitting in the gravel
In the comments section, a few fans are worried about Gideon and Evelyn sitting in the rocks. They write, “Why on earth is a baby sitting in the rocks. 😮”
Other fans began commenting and saying that it’s okay and that it’s healthy for kids to be outside in the dirt. They are defending Joy and saying that she’s a good mom to her kids.
