90 Day Fiance star Rachel Bear Walters and her husband, Jon Walters went public to announce some exciting news for their fans. According to the couple, the process of their visa got a shorter timeframe. During one of their youtube episodes, Jon and Rachel revealed they were having a hard time processing their visa. They thought it was going to be denied because of her job status. Rachel and Jon have an amazing update.
90 Day Fiance: Rachel’s Visa No Longer In Jeopardy
In a video post, 90 Day Fiance star Rachel Walters said her visa is no longer on the verge of being denied. It’s known that Rachel is the sponsor of her U.K native husband, Jon Walters. With Rachel being unemployed during the process, the USCIS would consider her unsuitable to sponsor Jon. Fortunately, Rachel was offered a job and she’s been working for several months now.
Rachel also confirmed that she works at home permanently, which is very convenient during this pandemic. It’s also suitable for Rachel as she’s currently taking care of her young daughter, Lucy, while Jon is still away.
Jon And Rachel’s Visa Gets A Faster Time Process
90 Day Fiance stars Rachel Walters and Jon Walters announced that their spousal visa will be processed much faster than expected. According to Rachel, their visa was supposed to be processed after 8 months due to a global pandemic. However, they received an update saying that their visa is already moving and most of the paperwork is already done. The couple and their lawyer were all surprised at how fast things got processed.

According to Jon, their application is nearly ready for an interview. It’s one of the last steps of processing a visa, Jon said. However, the USCIS will still be the one to decide whether Jon and Rachel are qualified for a spousal visa.
90 Day Fiance: Jon And Rachel Returning To The Reality Show?
90 Day Fiance star Jon Walters said they are not going to film when his wife, Rachel Walters arrives for the first time in England. It’s because of Rachel’s eldest daughter Ella, joining the trip to the U.K. It’s known that Rachel and her ex, which is the biological father of Ella, had an agreement to never show Ella on TV. However, Rachel hinted that there might be a chance for them to return to the reality show sometime in the future.
Jon is also excited about meeting his family after such a long time, especially since Ella is coming as well. According to Jon, he’s known Ella since she was 6 and now, she’s 10 years old. He also said that he’s going to bring her to fun places, showing how much he cares about her. It’s been a while since the couple have been together.
