90 Day Fiance star Colt Johnson certainly offered a great deal of entertainment both on and off the screen during the latest season. He’s like the gift that keeps giving for the TLC reality series fan when it comes to offering the joys and pitfalls of modern-day dating.
90 Day Fiance: Colt Johnson – The Package Plan
This 90 Day Fiance celeb comes as a package plan, with his mom Debbie Johnson. While Colt dates the women who strike his fancy, Mother Debbie is also a safeguard of sorts. It seems lately she’s there to make sure her son doesn’t make another Larissa-type mistake.
Although there are still some die-hard 90 Day Fiance fans out there who think differently. Some believe Colt and Larissa might have made it if they’d been on their own.
When it comes to Colt’s relationship with Larissa, he invited his mother to be part of it. As a bride-to-be, furniture shopping with your prospective mother-in-law, who holds the purse strings wasn’t ideal. That red flag would have been a deal-breaker for many brides getting ready to tie the knot.
Looking back, fans seem to think this 90 Day Fiance doting son did a lot of things on purpose, especially when the cameras hovered.

He squeezed into a swimsuit and before adjusting his stomach, he came out in front of the camera. Before he adjusted himself, the camera caught that jaw-dropping pinched-look.
It is almost as if he invites the comments that slammed him when these images surfaced on the screen. It didn’t take long for these images to find their way into screenshots and spread like wildfire around the social media platforms.
Was that his plan? They say any publicity is good publicity and Colt is one intellectual guy who was sure to understand this stategy.
Some shots are endearing, like pajama-clad Colt and Mother Debbie watching 90 Day Fiance at home on their sofa. But at the same time, Colt has to know this photo leaves both himself and his mom as targets for trolls.
The photo above came from a screenshot after Colt had already done a full season with Larissa. So he was very aware of his Mamma boy status among the 90 Day Fiance fans. He himself admitted he was a momma’s boy when he first showed up on the TLC reality series.
So, it was as if he purposely offered more fuel for the fans’ comments. Now today, Colt’s a leg man in his newest photo.

Colt’s latest picture shows him in the backyard flashing his leg. There’s nothing offered by way of a caption so it seems fans can create their own narrative.
There’s nothing wrong with this photo. It doesn’t pop up as a red flag or offer anything embarrassing about Colt. But dropping it to his online followers without any explanation offers an empty canvas for comments.
If there is one thing you can say about Colt Johnson – he seems extremely intelligent. So, it appears he is aware of how to keep the 90 Day Fiance audience interested.
Along with his embarrassing shots, he seems to allure fans with a tone of mystery as well. He walked around his gym to music on one recent Instagra story. He gave no explanation, he just methodiaclly walked around the gym with his bandana mask over his face.
