Michigan Pizza Man Praised As Hero, Saves Elderly Woman In Despair
A Michigan pizza deliveryman is being praised as a hero after he saved an elderly woman who was in despair. This all went down on Wednesday, July 16th, but how did this kind soul end up on a rescue mission? Keep reading for more details.
Michigan Pizza Man Praised As Hero
It is always incredible when a random stranger swoops in and saves the life of someone they have never met. Yet, this should happen more with selfless acts of kindness, but when it does, it should be celebrated as a reminder of how humanity should be. On July 16th, a Michigan woman placed an order for her elderly mother from Jet’s Pizza. Aamir Ali was delivering on that day when he was the one to bring the food to the older lady, but when he arrived, it was not a typical scene. He noticed that the lights were on, and there was a dog barking.
However, Aamir was knocking on the door and was getting no response, so he became concerned. He believed someone was home, and with good reason. Yet, there was no one coming to the door, so he jumped into action. He phoned the woman’s daughter, Danielle Ratliff, who had given her number when she placed the order. Soon after he called Danielle, he looked inside and saw a woman unconscious, being the elderly lady. After he got help for her, his kindness did not stop. Aamir swung by the home later on to check in on her pup.
That was when he saw she had left items behind, so he took it upon himself to bring them to her at the hospital. This was beyond anything he had to do, but he was clearly invested in her well-being. The lady’s neighbor, Megan Rose, praised Aamir, saying this:
“If it wasn’t for him, we don’t know what could’ve happened. He saved her, honestly.”
So, after the Michigan deliveryman saved the woman and even went to her hospital, the big question was why he did it. He had a very simple answer.
Kindness & Karma
Aamir Ali was asked why he went out of his way to help her and went as far as he did. It was simple. He explained he wanted to put good karma out into the world. Furthermore, he hoped that if somethig similar were to happen to anyone he loved, the kindness would be reciprocated. Aamir put himself in his family’s shoes and knew that this was what anyone deserved. After followers heard about what the Michigan man did, they had nothing but praise:
- In a country that is so “me, me, me” it is so uplifting when you read about people like him. We need more like him. Hope life is good for him.
