A new theory is circulating that Gabby Petito might’ve been pregnant with Brian Laundrie’s baby at the time of her passing. Is there any truth to this theory? Where did it come from? Keep reading, we’ll explain.

He listened to dark music, he had some disturbing choices in reading material, and there was even believed to be a gun spotted in the photo of his room. As internet sleuths continue to dig, there is now reason to believe Gabby Petito might’ve been pregnant with Brian Laundrie’s baby.
Where did this pregnancy theory come from exactly? It turned up after internet sleuths did some digging on Brian Laudrie’s Pinterest account. As internet sleuths continue to dig, they’ve turned up a lot of pretty dark books with eerie plot lines. For example, Brian really liked a book involving a man stalking and torturing his girlfriend. Likewise, he enjoyed a book involving women going missing on an island.
But, none of that answers the big question. Why do some internet sleuths now think Brian’s fiance might’ve been pregnant?
Where Did This Pregnancy Theory Come From?
According to MEAWW, the shared Pinterest activity of Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie has led some to speculate the couple might’ve been expecting a child. Or, at the very least, they had been talking about having a baby together.
Some of the shared pins between Gabby and Brian on Pinterest includes wedding planning and baby planning. There are pins shared between the two to suggest they were interested in having an outdoor wedding. There are also pins to suggest the two were looking at clothing they wanted their baby to wear.
Pinning baby clothing on Pinterest isn’t exactly something a person would do unless they were pregnant or talking about getting pregnant. So, the Pinterest activity the two shared on their accounts has caused some to speculate Gabby Petito might’ve actually been pregnant at the time of her passing.
