NBA: Lakers Are Still Pursuing P.J. Tucker
According to reports, the Los Angeles Lakers are still trying to obtain P.J. Tucker from the Houston Rockets. Apparently, the Rockets are eyeing a rebuild after the departure of James Harden. It is believed that Tucker will be traded throughout the process of the rebuild. Furthermore, Tucker doesn’t show any interest in playing with the Rockets anymore, which gives the Lakers a higher chance of obtaining him. With only a few days before the trade deadline, fans are hoping that the Lakers will sign the veteran center to counter the Brooklyn Nets’ star-studded lineup.
At this point, the Lakers have yet to reveal their offer to the Rockets for Tucker. However, NBA analysts believe that Jared Dudley will most likely be included in their offers.
