On her Instagram stories, Jill shared a photo of herself and her husband Derick out on a date. They went to a Mexican restaurant and sat on the same side of the booth together. They also attended a marriage conference together.

Over on Reddit, critics of the Duggar family are pointing out how much Jill looks like her sister Jana Duggar. Though this Reddit board is fairly critical of the Duggar family, this particular thread is on the tame side. Not too many users are speaking negatively of the family this time.
The title of the thread suggests that Jill has started “morphing” into her sister Jana. One commenter writes, “I swear all the Duggars have strong genes.” Another thinks that Jill looks like both Jana and Michelle, writing, “So you’re telling me that’s not Jana and Michelle’s child.”
A different Reddit user thinks that Jill’s hair in the new photo makes her look like Anna Duggar. Jill and Anna are sisters-in-law, so their genes wouldn’t be to blame this time.
Because Jill shared the photo on her Instagram stories, her followers can only see it for 24 hours, and they can only reply privately to her. It’s safe to assume that plenty of other fans share the same feelings about Jill’s appearance.
Also on Reddit, critics are pointing out that the girls looked similar when they were young. They are less than two years apart in age.
