The brand’s PINK line wants to end 2020 on a positive note. Earlier this week, the intimates and loungewear brand announced the Press Pause program, which provides tips from mental health experts on how to “regroup and recharge before you react” to stress. It provides free content that shows users how to react to common stresses.

Victoria’s Secret PINK launches a new mental health initiative

According to People, the Press Pause program has free content in eight categories, which includes: “breathe, connect, get grateful, meditate, move, prioritize and express, and reflect,” according to a press release. The mobile app arrived just in time for the holiday season. The new initiative is part of a partnership with a national nonprofit that helps teens and young adults who are struggling with mental health problems called The Jed Foundation.

Both PINK and The Jed Foundation have enlisted both creators and experts to provide free content for Press Pause, which is available on The Pink Nation App. Pitch Perfect star Chrissie Fit will star and direct her own videos about dealing with stress during the holiday season. The fun and light-hearted series launched on Wednesday, December 2 on PINK’s YouTube channel. It also includes cameos from other famous actresses, such as Emily Tosta and Kelley Jakle.

“Now more than ever it is extremely important for us to bring mental health awareness to young adults across the world,” Amy Hauk, CEO of Victoria’s Secret PINK, said in a press release obtained by Teen Vogue. “Our emotional health impacts every aspect of our lives. Our hope in creating a space to share resources, mental health toolkits, and real-life stories around struggle and resilience is that we are able to make a positive impact – no matter how big, or how small. ”
