Bringing Up Bates star Carlin Bates Stewart is currently sharing photos and videos from their latest family trip. The 27-year-old mom recently flew to Hawaii with her family to celebrate her in-laws’ 50th wedding anniversary. The trip was filled with fun activities, and the kids loved every moment of it. Bringing Up Bates: What Did Evan Stewart & Carlin Bates Do In Hawaii?
Carlin recently uploaded a new vlog featuring their trip to Hawaii. The Bringing Up Bates star stayed at a fancy hotel with her family before they proceeded on traveling with the Stewarts. They visited a beautiful beach featuring “blowholes,” where water shoots up from a massive hole in the ground. The family also did fruit picking and even coffee raking. Carlin and Evan also brought their family to a small forest, where Layla and Zade showed their best impersonations of their parents by acting like vloggers. But Layla stood out the most with her camera skills, leaving many viewers in awe.
Carlin’s Daughter Takes Over Special Event
Carlin Bates Stewart’s daughter, Layla, was already stealing the show early in their Hawaii vlog. The little girl talked to her fans, showing her artwork and expressing her excitement about the trip. She even told the cameras that their trip to Hawaii made her think that she’s having her best life ever.
Layla also shared amazing footage of her swimming skills, waving at the camera underwater. But Zade didn’t let his sister take all the screentime. He also recorded himself explaining how massive the pool was. Zade and Layla’s cuteness resulted in many positive comments from Bringing Up Bates fans.

Bringing Up Bates: Layla Documents Her First-Ever Volcano Encounter
Carlin Bates Stewart also took to IG to share a clip of Layla documenting her first-ever volcano experience. Layla carefully explained to her little brother that they’re about to see lava. Moments later, the Bringing Up Bates star explained parts of the volcano like a geologist, saying that the volcano erupted many years ago and that all the lava turned into black rocks.

Carlin also expressed how proud she was of her daughter, saying, “Our little nature girly living her dream in Hawaii! She’s been asking to see a volcano in person…and she finally did! So proud of her adventurous heart!”
