Small dogs are better for people who cannot give their dog a lot of places to run. However, it is hard to know which exact dog breeds are going to stay little forever.   1. Biewer Terrier is the first dog on the list. They get confused with Yorkies. However, they usually only get to be about 6 pounds. This tiny pupper is great for someone looking for a tiny pet.
  2. A Maltese will only weigh a little under 7 pounds when full-grown. They usually have white coats and are lovable babies.
  3. Pomeranians are also going to be about 7 pounds. However, these dogs are vocal and can bark a lot. If you’re okay with that, this breed is perfect for you. They have fluffy coats and stay small.
  4. Chihuahuas are an obvious choice when it comes to small dogs. However, some can be mean. There are some that are nice.
