My 600-lb Life introduced twin sisters, Brandi and Kandi Dreier, in Season 5. The two had trouble with their health due to their weight and even described their lives as “miserable.” But with the help of Dr. Now, they were able to drop significant pounds. My 600-lb Life: Brandi and Kandi Dreier Continue To Live Healthily
During the show, Brandi weighed 587 pounds while Kandi scaled 604 pounds. However, the Washington natives had each other’s backs and were able to drop 400 pounds together. They have also kept in touch with their fans on social media, and it seems they continued with their healthy lifestyle in 2023.
Some of their latest photos also showed significant changes compared to what they looked like during the show. The left side of the photo shows Kandi, while the other side features Brandi. According to some My 600-lb Life fans, the sisters had one of the most successful storylines in the show.
Kandi Is In A Relationship
Kandi has also revealed on social media that she’s in a relationship with a woman named Ruth Toranzo. They’ve been together for two years. There’s not much known about her significant other. But many have shown support for her love life.
Kandi Dreier spends a lot of time with her nieces as well, showing that she and her sister, Brandi, are still in touch. Her Facebook page also reveals that she graduated from the University of Phoenix. Though the My 600-lb Life alum has been quiet when it comes to her job.

Brandi has also kept in touch with her followers since her storyline with her twin ended. She’s now married and a mother of two. Back in 2020, the My 600-lb Life star gushed over the blessings she has received throughout the years. According to the loving mother, her kids are her purpose, and she will forever be thankful to God for giving her such an honor.
Brandi and Kandi Dreier have been through a lot during the show. It even came to a point where Kandi suffered a pulmonary embolism and a heart attack during her surgery, which led up to her one-week coma. Nevertheless, their dedication has finally come to fruition, and they are now living the life they’ve always wanted.
