Justin underwent bariatric surgery just like the other My 600-lb Life stars. He continued to stay healthy after his operation and lost more than 450 pounds. His dramatic weight loss impressed many, and it seems he’s still not done with his goals. The 33-year-old has kept in touch with his fans on social media where he shares his bicycle rides and morning walks with his dog. He has also uploaded impressive photos featuring the results of his hard work.
Justin Is Now In A Relationship
Aside from his losing weight, Justin also loves to share his life on Instagram. Back in July, the My 600-lb Life alum posted photos from their vacation in the Outer Banks, North Carolina. He also shared a glimpse of his girlfriend. Not much is known about the woman. But their sweet pictures left fans in awe. Others also pointed out how Justin McSwain became unrecognizable after dropping a lot of pounds.

Justin began his flight lessons to earn his pilot’s license back in 2019. The My 600-lb Life alum has been quiet about his current progress. It also appears he’s currently taking side hustles for extra income. His Instagram bio states that he’s accepting Cameos. But aside from that, it seems making memories with his friends has been one of his top priorities.
Justin McSwain also made an appearance in TLC’s My 600-Lb Life: Where Are They Now? where he opened up about how therapies helped him have a positive outlook in life.
