Counting On star Joy-Anna Forsyth has been focusing on her newborn son over the past few weeks. She’s been sharing sweet pictures about her growing family, snubbing all the negativity surrounding the Duggars. However, the mother of three is currently going through a certain struggle since giving birth to Gunner James. She also opened up about how she’s dealing with it in her recent YouTube Q&A.

Joy-Anna recently took to YouTube to share a 20-minute Q&A vlog. Most of the questions were about her growing family, especially her newborn son, Gunner. But later in the video, the mother of three answered a popular question that many fans ask today. It’s none other than her plans to have another child. The 25-year-old mother laughed it off and told the fans that she had just given birth. But she admits to having the feeling that she’s not done yet. The Counting On alum also said that she and Austin talked about having four or five.
Joy-Anna Shares Postpartum Problems
Joy-Anna answered a question regarding how she’s losing postpartum weight. According to Joy, it’s been one of her struggles after giving birth to Gunner. She admits that it hasn’t been easy for her to lose postpartum weight. “It is hard work for me. Nursing does not just help me drop weight I think it actually helps me hold onto weight,” she added. However, she’s made sure that she’s been eating healthier in the hopes of getting back to her pre-pregnancy body. The TLC star also revealed that it took her a year with Evelyn and Gideon to get back to her normal weight.

It seems that Joy-Anna couldn’t escape the eagle-eyed fans despite the positivity she tries to spread online. At one point, some of her social media followers called her out for the way she carried Gunner James. According to them, Gunner appears to be in pain as his mother seemingly squished his arm for a picture. Others also disliked the idea of Joy bringing his newborn outside quite a lot.
At this point, the former reality TV personality has yet to share her thoughts on the backlash she faced with her recent Instagram post. But it seems she’s been trying to neglect all the negativity surrounding her family and focus more on her newborn.
