In a social media post, Sister Wives star Janelle Brown shared a motivational clip as she shares her weight loss journey. According to Janelle, she used to think twice before posting something about her workouts. “Because I was afraid. I didn’t want to be uncomfortable. All the things,” Janelle said. However, she realized that it’s much better to embrace what is real. “I am learning to embrace what is real, vulnerable, and authentic. Time to walk the walk. Do something scary and/or vulnerable today my friends,” she added.
Janelle’s also shared clips from her intense heavy lifting. Additionally, she’s been doing difficult stretching. Her intense workout routines have also inspired the fans. Some also pointed out that the results are coming fast due to her dedication to losing weight. Others also believe that Janelle’s partnership with Christine has been motivating her to work even harder.
Janelle A Lot Happier Since Leaving Kody?
Sister Wives fans are happy about Janelle Brown’s new and exciting life since leaving Kody Brown. According to some, Janelle has been noticeably glowing over the past few months. She’s been spending most of her time with the kids as well. Many are also praising Janelle for fulfilling the role that Kody should’ve been doing for their children as well. At this point, Janelle has yet to share if she’s entering a new relationship similar to what Christine Brown did. However, it seems that she wants to focus more on herself lately.

Sister Wives star Janelle Brown also made headlines after Paedon Brown claimed that she will be the main focus of Season 18. Her storyline remains unclear. Yet, fans assume that it may focus on Janelle exposing Kody and making him realize his mistakes, which ultimately led to the downfall of the plural family. Janelle and Christine Brown have also met several times over the past few months, suggesting that the two may have filmed together.
