Sister Wives fans have seen the struggles of the plural family throughout the years. According to some, things went downhill for the polygamous family since their move to Flagstaff. Fans also think that Kody is putting in enough effort on keeping his wives on the same page. The never-ending struggles of the Browns also resulted in third wife, Christine Brown’s departure. Season 17 will also show how the plural family will deal with Christine’s decision to leave. Meanwhile, fans are calling out Kody for his questionable statements regarding Christine during the first episode of the season.
Sister Wives: Fans Call Out Kody For Obvious Mistreatment Towards Christine Brown
Sister Wives fans took Reddit to discuss Kody Brown’s questionable statements regarding Christine during the first episode of Season 17. Apparently, Kody told the cameras that Christine is asking for something he couldn’t give due to having multiple families. However, some are not having it and said that Kody is only making excuses. According to some, Kody’s answer would’ve been different if Robyn Brown was the one asking for something more.
Some even recalled Kody and Robyn’s 10-day honeymoon, which caused jealousy in the other wives. Others also pointed out Robyn’s massive property in Flagstaff, which is something that the other wives may never have. “Christine asked for the bare minimum and he still shamed her for it. Even if she never asked for anything, adored Robyn, and did everything everyone asked of her, it would never be enough,” another person added.
Kody Disappoints Viewers
Sister Wives star Kody Brown also raised some eyebrows during one of his conversations with Christine Brown. Apparently, Kody has expressed to everyone that he’s no longer attracted to Christine. However, Kody shocked the viewers after revealing that he wasn’t attracted to Christine even on their wedding day. “He just pulled that out to try to hurt her more,” one person noted. “Coming from the guy who said love should be multiplied, not divided,” another person added.
Sister Wives: Fans Are Happy For Christine Brown
Sister Wives fans are also glad that Christine is no longer holding back during her conversation with Kody. Some even noticed that she was handling the situation professionally compared to Kody. “Christine handled him like a seasoned therapist! She did not raise her voice or get visibly upset, she acknowledge his beliefs but didn’t counter,” one person said. “Christine was amazing. Hats off to her,” another person added.
It’s clear to see that many are taking Christine’s side. Fans are also hoping that Christine will inspire the other wives to follow in her footsteps and live their best lives even without Kody.
