As the entire U.S. continues to search for Brian Laundrie, all eyes are on his parents’ every move. Turns out, his parents were spotted taking a little trip to downtown Orlando recently. Across the multiple communities dedicated to discussing this case, everyone had a big question. Why did Roberta and Christopher Laundrie travel to downtown Orlando?
Theories on the purpose of the trip begun to swirl. And, it wasn’t long before the true purpose of their trip to downtown Orlando was confirmed.

When it comes to legal representation, Brian Laundrie’s parents are in a tough position. There are many lawyers who will turn them down. Simply because they have no interest in representing such a high-profile case. Jose Baez, however, is a high-profile attorney that is well-known for taking these types of cases. So, this is an attorney that would make sense for Roberta and Christopher Laundrie to reach out to.
According to Katie Joy of Without A Crystal Ball, Brian Laundrie’s parents’ were revealed to be in downtown Orlando for “business.” No additional details were initially revealed. Moreover, his parents reaching out to Jose Baez is nothing more than speculation and theory at this point in time. There has been zero confirmation that they have reached out or met with this high-profile attorney.
Purpose Of Brian Laundrie’s Parents’ Meeting Revealed
It has since been confirmed that Brian Laundrie’s parents’ business in downtown Orlando was, in fact, a meeting with their family attorney. It, however, is important to keep in mind their family attorney isn’t actually licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. So, the family will eventually have to connect with a local lawyer. This is where Jose Baez may come into play as some lawyers won’t be willing to touch this case. Considering Mr.Baez got off one of the most hated people in the world, Casey Anthony who was accused of the premeditated murder of her child Caylee Anthony, the Laundrie’s may need a bulldog like Baez to help with their potential legal troubles.
The Internet Remains Furious With His Parents
The internet doubles down on believing Brian Laundrie’s parents know more than they claim to about his disappearance and what happened to Gabby Petito. The internet believes his parents should be held accountable for not giving him up. As we previously reported, there’s some speculation the parents have gone so far to protect their son they’ve actually created a fake Instagram account and pretended to be Gabby Petito.
