Counting On star Jill Duggar has estranged herself from the Duggars for years. However, she never forgets to make contact with some of her siblings. Apparently, fans think that she’s finally reconciling with the family. She and her husband Derick Dillard attended Justin Duggar’s wedding despite their feud with the family. However, the Duggars are facing controversy yet again after Josh Duggar’s recent arrest. Meanwhile, Jill appears to put away all the negativities surrounding her family by sharing a wholesome story about her son Sam.
Counting On: Jill Duggar Shares Sweet Story About Sam
In a social media post, Counting On star Jill Duggar shared a picture of her son Sam carrying a plant that he made. According to Jill, Sam picked the flowers by himself and put them in a cup with water. Jill also said that Sam was so proud of himself. Jill also revealed Israel’s plant in the picture behind Sam. Apparently, Jill has been teaching her kids gardening lately. She also revealed that they’re renovating their yard to make a little garden and her kids have been very helpful.
It also appears that Jill is trying to spread more positivity after the recent arrest of her brother Josh Duggar. Apparently, Josh was recently arrested on federal charges related to child pornography. According to reports, Josh allegedly downloaded materials that feature sexual abuse of children under the age of 12. At this point, Josh is preparing to defend himself against the accusations to the court scheduled for May 5, 2021.
Jill Spends Time With A Mystery Friend
Counting On star Jill Duggar had her fans confused after sharing her mystery friend on social media. Apparently, Jill shared a photo of her holding a cup of coffee with a caption, “Thank you friend (you know who you are) for the coffee date with my hubs this morning!”, followed by a heart emoticon. It’s clear that Derick Dillard wasn’t the mystery friend Jill was talking about. There are speculations that it might be her cousin, Amy King, although she usually shows her face on her social media. It might also be one of Derick’s close friends who want to stay away from the public eye. However, whoever that mystery friend was, it’s clear to see that Jill just wants some fresh air away from the recent controversies of the Duggars.
Counting On: Fans Send Strong Messages To Jill & Family After Recent Controversy
Counting On fans noticed that most of the Duggars closed their comment sections on their social media accounts after Josh Duggar’s arrest. However, Jill Duggar’s comments section on her Instagram remained open. Due to this, fans took the opportunity to send strong messages to Jill. “love you Jill and you have an army of supporters. We are all behind you and your little family”, one fan said. “Hoping recent developments haven’t reignited any trauma or negative feelings for you”, another fan added.
